Problem with Ledger Nano

Hi, I just installed Anchor and it fails to reinitialize the Ledger.

The Ledger has updated firmware, it seems that Anchor recognizes the Ledger because it asks me to open the EOS app but then it remains in the state: “Reinitializing. Establishing connection, please wait …”

Is there possibly another app open that’s using the Ledger?

They can be kind of finicky devices sometimes depending on what other apps are trying to access them. I’d recommend closing other applications that may be using the device, and if all else fails, try restarting the computer (or just logging out and back in) to see if whatever process has ahold of the USB connection to the Ledger lets go of it.
